Hmmm, I thought when the colonist abused the land the first time they discovered the island... the Malichor showed up. Stay and accept further experimentation?

Natives were living all along without issues when other people come to the island and start dictating everywhere - but no, let's be balanced and accept everybody because that's the best possible solution to this. I also plan on skipping through all side quests and when possible choosing options that cost reputation. It was when Constantin was a threat when the tree God was like “alright, you kill your cousin, I’ll give you the cure”.
