She is very active and sociable and has focus issues at times with math, but is very strong in reading. 8 sessions that cover everything you need to know to teach elementary arithmetic from kindergarten to fourth grade.
ChalkPastel.com is a homeschool family of three generations with awesome no-fuss video art lessons for all ages. She’s calm and relaxing…just like watching Bob Ross! Kate. I have a kindergartner this year, and a second grader. We live in Europe, so it’s quite complicated to import stuff from US, moreover I don’t need the printed version of it, I would rather keep it on my PC. There are no expensive, intimidating list of art supplies.
I hear you on not wanting to store too much stuff. I think you’re right that the pre-K may be unnecessary and overly-complicated.

Hello! But our main point of jumping on today was coming on to talk about teaching math at home during this time.

Most homeschoolers think of Saxon as the gold standard in procedural math textbooks, but I like Rod and Staff a lot better. She finished Singapore K, and then mid way through Singapore Primary Math 1, we switched from RightStart Math Level A (about a year ago), which helped tremendously. It’s perfect! I’m really interested in starting a SM program with her, but am afraid Preschool Math at home may be too easy while Dimensions pre-K seems intense (though I would be willing to put in the work if it was best for her). I was considering Math Mammoth but am uncertain since I read in your review that it doesn’t offer parents much support. Keep it up! Kind regards, Annelise.
